The Ridge Villa
₹9.8 CrRidge Road plots · Gurugram–Faridabad Road

Forty-two villas and residences set into twelve acres of the Aravali foothills, twenty-five minutes from Cyber City.
We build slowly and on purpose: deep verandas against the Haryana sun, stone and lime that stay cool in May, and gardens planted before the first wall goes up. Every home is drawn around the light it will receive.

Interiors in teak, hand-applied lime plaster and Jaisalmer stone. Rooms are lit from two sides and every bedroom has a window seat facing the green.

Deep overhangs keep the summer sun off the glass, cross-ventilation runs through every room and solar panels sit quietly on the roof.

A garden court, a terrace or a planted balcony with every residence, plus forty acres of protected ridge forest right beyond the boundary wall.
Villas on private plots and apartments in two low-rise towers. Eleven of forty-two homes are still available.

Every room on the ground floor looks into the planted courtyard, so the house stays bright and cool with the doors open from October to March.

Aravali Residences sits on the southern edge of Gurugram, where Golf Course Extension Road meets the protected ridge. The city is a short drive away; the trails start at the gate.

We looked at forty homes across Gurugram. This was the only one where we heard birds before we heard traffic.
Visits are one family at a time and take about ninety minutes, including a walk along the ridge trail and a look inside the finished show villa.
